The right-of-way along Irvine Ave from the crossover to Summit Ave has overhanging buckthorn, vines, tall weeds obstructing visibility and narrowing the already narrow roadway. The City does not maintain this right-of-way. Property belongs to Summit Ave addresses that extend to Irvine. Property owners need to be notified to cut, trim and remove the obstructing buckthorn and weeds.Address on Summit include 370, 366, 362/364, 344, 324/322/318, 297 (flowers overhanging street over a foot from a retaining wall planter), 260.
