Sharraxaadda

For the past 5 years, sidewalk in front of my building, located at 17823 Gulf Blvd, Redington Shores, Fl 33708, has continuous small lake full of slime, full of bacteria, and possibly zika virus. My, brother, who lives with me, used to push this water to the nearest drain, developed pancreatic infection, from which he almost died with medical cost of $250,000. Please respond as I can not handle this any longer.
