On the city's side at 820 Lincoln Avenue a very very large tree limb has broken off and is dead. Part has fell to the ground but the greatest portion is suspended in the tree by other parts and wires. An elderly couple live there so this needs to be addressed as soon as possible as the male is a dyi person and I am afraid he will hurt himself.
