Description
This is a repeated problem and I have witnessed this dog jump in and out of the backyard on several occasions. He goes after people walking other dogs in the vicinity. Today, he was almost hit as he ran into oncoming traffic. The side wall needs to be raised to prevent this animal from injuring another animal, a person, or itself.
