This is happening on a daily basis due to the homeless encampment on e. 12th st. They compleatly filled my utilities closet in my building at 1230 18th ave. This is a health and safety concern ti my buisiness and surrounding neighbors!

City of Oakland Public Works Department addressed this issue on 08/10/2016, service request #673713.
