Searching for issue 101000029094 yielded no results so this is not closed in any form. I have no idea why this has been 'closed' repeatedly, let alone ignored for a month now after 'reporting' it various times, through various channels. The exact same issue of damaged tree fall out on the sidewalks was resolved yesterday less than 1 block away.
