QUESTION: Why does Green Street not have a left turn arrow like Prospect? I spent 8 minutes trying to turn left from westbound green to southbound Prospect because only one car can turn at a time with constant oncoming traffic. Also, many drivers who aren't turning left don't go around the left-turning vehicle which makes the wait even longer! VERY frustrating today. Never have a I waited so long. And, it's not like I can just turn around and go a different way. Once I'm in line, I'm in line! Maybe each of the four directions should get their own green arrow/light instead of just the two which currently do.
