Description

When trying to turn left from Liberty Street onto Montgomery it's very hard. Only 2 cars can usually turn because of all the oncoming traffic. There is no left turn traffic arrow for just left turners. This results in a backup of traffic on Liberty and spills to MLK. Could someone please look into this? Thank you!
