Staff is currently monitoring this location by th use of field technicians and traffic cameras located at this location. This intersection handles a large volume of vehicles from all approaches. The fiber optic has been cut for that corridor and the controller is operating of a time of a day pattern. Staff has manually reset the clock today and the cycles should be better.
