Was this only happening after 10:00 at night?

The Pedestrian signals were all working this morning.

I tried to close this some time ago but I guess I didn't do it right. All the crossing lights on this stretch of Whitney were dead. It was about 8pm. They seem to be working now.

It seems as if all of the ped lights are timed correctly now across the city. Is that just me? It seems as if every intersection has both directional ped lights working simultaneously the way it should be.
Bravo traffic and parking.
