The slumlord properties on Monmouth Place are horrible. They are in need of repair and inspection and yet the slumlords continue to rent these properties uninspected. The trash in the yards of 135-139 is constant. The wires from a tree growing in the yard at 133 has branches that reach through electrical lines that spark when it rains, These branches reach to the other side of the street and pose a safety hazzard everytime it rains. There is also a sink hole in a city owned lot on Monmouth Place. There is a large lot between Wall Street and Monmouth Place. This lot is never cleaned. In the summer months this lot is only mowed once. This has been a constant complaint from the residents because of dumping and rodents in the area. How many times must complaints fall on deaf ears before something is done? Don't our tax $'s mean anything. How can Eric Jackson be mayor if he cannot handle a problem this small?

I want the same problem fix on the 300 block
of rutherford ave. trash in the street, pot holes
wires hanging- dirty lots that children play in.
slumlord properties, with trash piled high- and
drug dealing.

YES ! I have been calling the city for years I've been
calling the city. not just for 3months. I've lived here
in the 300 block of rutherford ave for 50 years! I've
watch this turn from beautiful, clean and quite- to
the mess it is today. how much longer is the city
going to do N O T H I N G, about streets like this????

THE HOUSE AT 116 GARFIELD AVE. IS A DISGRACE. THE LANDLORD HASN'T CHECKED ON THE PROPERTY SINCE THE TENANTS MOVED IN. THE POLICE IS THERE AT LEAST 3x'S A WEEK. IT'S A PARTY EVERYDAY THERE AND THE PEOPLE ON THE STREET ARE FED UP. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE...HELP
