Thanks. It's 11:30pm and they're already here with their equipment. I was able to figure out how to attach a video. Here they are last night, but it's the same thing every night, along with the loud truck (and it's just as loud).

Hi Michael ~ I did not get the attachments. You can always send them to my email at templeton@walnut-creek.org. Not really necessary as I did receive a call back from the Property Director for Ross. She left a message advising that she will get in contact with the workers regarding our noise ordinance and will have them in compliance. It may take a few days to get the info passed on. Let me know if it continues. I'm hoping it will stop beginning today as they did need to get the notification out. You do have the option of contacting the PD at the non-emergency number to have them shut down the equipment (935-6400). This is a low priority call but they will respond if an Officer is available. Thanks! I figured the video links were just extra. I also figured it might take a few days for the message to get to who it has to and for the adjustments to be made, so I'll wait until next week to see if things have been fixed. Super appreciate it!

FYI, it is currently 12:24AM and this issue is NOT resolved. There is a leaf blower and vacuum truck both going at the same time. They have NOT fixed this to conform with the noise ordinances.

So I called the police and it would appear to have put a stop to it tonight...but I guess on the property director's side, they still need to resolve this.

Hi there, 11:30 and the leaf blower is again here on the non-Ross side of the shopping center. Can you please reach out to them again? I have to say it's pretty ridiculous how many times they have to be told. You'd think once or twice would be enough to learn.

As stated above, contact the PD for off hour violations of the noise ordinance. The non-emergency number is 935-6400.

A leaf blower in use this morning at 5 am by Kaiser, Main and Newell, was stopped.

No further complaints. Closed
