Closed??? No work has been done AT ALL on the clogged drainpipe. Either your contractor lied to you or they performed the work at the wrong address. I have just taken pictures of the drainpipe at 606 E 9th Street and it is STILL CLOGGED AND RESTRICTED. The street and yard flooded AGAIN this week because of this clogged drainage pipe. Open this case and have your Supervisor call me at 713-385-7595. I will send the current pictures to them to show them the "completed" work. I am really disappointed in the lack of services my city and county taxes are providing. Fix it!!!

The job has not even been started, how can it be classified as completed and closed?

I would post pictures of the two ends of the drainpipe that are at least 50% full of dirt, mud and leaves fron 20 years of accumulation. Please have a supervisor call me.
