Thank you will they be leveling out the mountain of dirt?

The city requires only that they cover the dirt and prevent any runoff from leaving the site. The owners have been put on notice to complete this action.

Thank you however flattening it out would be much more effective. Also note blackberry shrubs are growing and sticking out into the road can this be addressed as well?

Looks like the owners covered up the dirt pile today however they left their garbage behind and also forgot to take care of the weeds growing into the street. I and all the other homeowners are at our wits end on these owners they have no respect for all of us. Can anything be done to take care of the garbage and weeds?

Keeps happening when will action be taken?
