3:30am-4:30am County Waste Garbage Pickup have called them numerous times and asked them to pick up at more reasonable hours these are large buildings they pick up from that take quite a bit of time three times a week (mon, wed, fri) two pick ups each time (recycling & regular trash). They will change route a day or two and then change it back. 3:30-4:30am is a RIDICULOUS time to be picking up garbage. If they waited until after people went to work Spring street wouldn't even have cars parked on it. People are trying to sleep! Please help
