There is no barricade, warning signs, lighting or foam posts and the end of Bluffs Pkwy and and Fate Conn Rd. Cars come downhill from Bluffs Parkway toward Fate Conn Rdffaster than the speed limit sign.
I'm waiting and dreading the day that I see and/or hear that a vehicle ended up reservoir
