Every morning around 0700 there's a lady on red motor scooter riding in the Pinellas trail between 5th ave N and getting off at 22nd Ave N almost ran me off the trail a few times. No plates and no lights this I'm sure motor vehicles are not supposed to transit the Pinellas trail.
