Description
The pedestrian crosswalk signal at the NE corner of Irving Park and Clark is oriented in the wrong direction. When traffic on Irving Park is moving east-west, the pedestrian light for ped traffic crossing the east side of Irving Park (parallel to Clark) shows "Walk" when crossing would be dangerous.
