A pile of illegally dumped discarded bedding continues to grow in the alley immediately behind this address. The most recent additions to the pile partially obstruct traffic. It appears the illegally dumped bedding may be on property owned by the adjacent nursing home, although the pile does not give the appearance of having been dumped by them or neighbors.
