It is impossible to walk on Harvey rd from Texas ave to Georbe Bush Dr because the sidewalk is missing on both sides of the road for about 400 ft prior to the intersection of Harvey Rd and George Bush dr, as can be seen on the hybrid view in Google Maps.

The City of College Station has a Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenways Master Plan that identifies locations where sidewalks are needed. Sidewalks on Harvey Rd are proposed in that Plan where missing as you have requested. It is also identified as a short-term need. Funding, however, is currently unavailable for this project but the City continues to seek opportunities to meet needs identified.
This roadway is a apart of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) system. We will also forward your request on to them.
