The epidemic of spray vandalism and tagging will continue as long as the City of Oakland has a zero enforcement policy. Unless your private property owner that has been vandalized then you will have code enforcement looking to fine you.
David Coleman, this graffiti is on city property. I've reported this before and have had success with the city coming and taking care of it. I'm hopeful for the same result this time.
RansomAveRen Yes at the tax payers expense money that could be better spent to repair roads, sidewalks and many other pressing issues than repainting the same spots over and over.
