RRC Assistant Director - Waseem assigned this issue to Construction Code Official

According a 2nd Constituent- Work begins at 6:30 Am. Vehicles are blocking Fire Hydrant, Every Tuesday High Decibel Diesel Generator runs, concrete washout is overflowing. Construction material on curbside is not protected.

Kathleen from Atlantic Management called 10-20-16 regarding the construction at 70 Columbus Avenue is going on late at night. Needs to be stopped. 201-747-9748

Don't know why this was closed. The walkway has been reduced twice in the past few weeks. The contractor swapped the barricades from the inside to the street to make more room for themselves. The original authorized space was for the parking lane, they now park trucks there and have an additional apx 3 feet. Pedestrians took the hit.
