The Town's noise control regulations allow for noise generated by construction equipment to begin at 7 am. We will have a member of town staff examine the road near the construction site and address any issue of road care with the construction company.

I inspected the town road near the property at issue and found no damage. I did speak directly with the person doing the tree removal and informed them that timber/brush cannot get dragged out onto the town road. He was very understanding of the message delivered.
