I have had a request for this in since July and nothing has been done.

S. A flow test was accomplished and showed normal but there is still little to no water getting to part of my water system. The irrigation specialist requested I ask for a gallons per minute test through the meter and not a normal flow test. The meter may not be letting enough water through. Replace if necessary.
