Sharraxaadda

There is a traffic signal on westbound Metro Parkway; the first signal west of Utica Road. It is absolutely pointless for this signal to be operational at 5:30am, as it does not control ANY cross traffic or turnaround - it is simply stuck there on Metro Parkway. It's not even consistent - it can stay green for a week, then randomly turn red for the westbound traffic. It stays red for about 3 - 5 seconds, then turns green again. Completely useless/unnecessary signal. Please fix to at least blinking yellow!
