Deskripsyon

The light fixture near the bridge to the cul--de-sac at 763, 761, and 757 El Cerrito Ave, has disappeared! Was it removed because of a fallen tree? The absence of the light represents a hazard to night time drivers crossing over the bridge. Thank you for your attention to this.

The PG&E Area Project Manager has informed the Public Works Department that she is currently working on resolving the issue. Thank you for your patience and we will post any updates we receive from PG&E.

The street light was never replaced, and no explanation has been provided by the city of Hillsborough or by PG&E. The unlit area remains a hazard at night when crossing an unlit bridge into a cul-de-sac.

An PG&E Supervisor has been contacted again on 03/20/2019 about this matter. We were told that they will replace the street light in a timely matter. Thank you for your patience.
