Description

Would like for someone to look at my neighbors house. I keep getting rats and I'm certain they are coming from his house which he does not maintain or keep up with. Trash and debris has not moved in 2+ years. Feel free to look from my backyard to see the gravity of the issue. I live at 122 Cromwell Road so our backyards touch each other.
