Sharraxaadda

I didn't know what to call this issue, so I said illegal dumping. There are numerous people from within a few blocks of Shaw Middle School who let their dogs play in the pens on the R Street side of the school. Recently someone placed a trash bag on the fence door, and these people have been throwing their dog poop in said bag. It's been there for days and I have no reason to believe anyone plans on coming to throw it away properly. The city should come dispose of it, and perhaps consider placing real city trash cans near these pens that would get emptied regularly.
