The dog barks almost constantly, especially when anyone is nearby, neighbors cannot enjoy their own backyard.

Good luck getting this resolved. I had to call every day for almost 2 weeks to get animal control to send a letter to the dog owner. It took 7 1/2 weeks for someone to finally come out and say something. APD won't respond to barking dogs in this area unless it's after dark, and it'll take them 3-4 hours if they even show up. I can hear the dog barking from my house, and it's very loud. Good luck!

This has still not been addressed. The dog barks nonstop. It is left in the backyard and runs back and forth for hours on end. All I hear inside my house is this dog barking. Let alone going outside in my own yard. We can't even have company over with out this dog being a nuisance. The owners need to be reminded Albuquerque has laws about barking dogs, let alone it is cruel to these poor animals. Please address this already.

There are several houses on this street that allow their dogs to bark constantly. Dogs can be heard inside homes barking nonstop all day... it's so loud I can hear it inside my house with the windows closed.

There is a health concern since almost all of these barking dog nuisances allow their animal's feces to pile in their backyards without cleaning it up. In the summer, all you can smell is dog excrement because people don't clean up after their animals.
