People are speeding from the New Stop & Shop & Wal-Mart going the other direction heading south on Rt.183 and posting here is just a waste of time because anybody with any power is just laughing at us posting!! Where are the sidewalks for Stop & Shop on Rt.183?They never put any? Why not?Who let that pass by?People are walking on the highway all the time.Wake up Torrington before someone gets killed.Enough said.
