This is private property but I hope CDD can prevail upon the mall owner to install adequate bike parking. I spoke with the manager of Panera a while back and he supports it but it's up to the landlord to install them.

There is actually bike parking near Whole Foods, but it's a bit far, and not easily visible. I had to lock my bike to the trash bin...

Thanks for your request. Unfortunately we are unable to install bike parking on private property. I will forward this request to the Fresh Pond Mall property management company. I would also recommend asking the individual business to request bike parking from their landlord.

The next time the property owners applies to the building dept for a permit I hope the city will ask for improvements to bike parking. Retail tenants don't have that much leverage.

Whole Foods has the bike rack, it's pretty visable out front.

And it's often full! And a pretty long walk from Staples or Panera.

Indeed - pretty visible, when you are in front of Whole Foods!
