The northbound left turn "detector" seems to be stuck on more often following a rain. Seems about a third of Santa Rosa's lights have this issue intermittently...my understanding is that it is NOT illegal to treat a malfunctioning traffic signal as a stop sign and proceed when safe to do so, because the city is not going to rip up all our streets to fix these.
