Requests, while appreciated, do not necessarily guarantee that a street will be resurfaced. Streets throughout the city are rated on a scale of 1-60 and this fiscal year we are resurfacing roads that have rated 40 and higher. Wiill thanks for using this tool. It is important that we are all pro active . I have alot of experience with ithis tool and with building personal relationships wirh our city employees. I know that every pothole reported on this site is fixed. I also know that NE Hsv is as important to the city as Any other area. The difference is people in north east are just now beginning to speak up.

Please in the future simply make a request for service politely you will get the same results.

Going forward, we ask users to create a new issue when making any additional requests, this helps us stay on top of things and avoid any confusion.
