There is a regular accumulation of overflowing trash behind this address. I like my neighborhood, especially my block, but I have the misfortune to live behind this address. I don't enjoy picking up their trash from my backyard, but I do it almost every day. Normally I would address this directly with the owner, but as far as I can tell, nobody lives there. Help please....
