I requested a bulk pickup of a couch outside of my house on 12/4/16.

I have not received any updates and the couch has not been picked up.

Can someone please explain why this is taking so long and what we need to do to get the issue resolved ASAP?

The couch has been outside of my home for over 5 weeks now.
