A. Barking dog

Q. Please briefly describe the situation and where the noise is coming from (ex: inside, outside, car, etc.)
A. Dogs are barking at all times of day, night and mid night hours. This is effecting my entire families sleep. Owners are responsible for their pets. They must be accountable. As taxpayers, if i make a loud music complaint, the police respond, they must do the same for dogs.
