Has one large over the road white Rv park in her front yard. And older truck park in back yard on grass lot of things in ruark back yard on grass. Is a vilation same for prentice as well

The camera is capturing images of an area that is fenced in where there is an expectation of privacy.
In TN, it is illegal to record or photograph someone (without their consent) in a "place where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy." Invasion of privacy in TN is a Class A misdemeanor.
The camera pointed in the neighbor's backyard is also a civil issue in addition to the criminal issue.
TN has recognized the tort "inclusion upon seclusion."
To succeed in a claim for "intrusion upon seclusion" you would have to prove
1) an intentional intrusion by your neighbor
2) an actual expectation of privacy in the area the camera can see and
3) that expectation of privacy is reasonable to others besides yourself.
