Work Order Completed in Infor by 090969 on 2016-12-16T12:17:38.000-06:00 with comments - A field investigation was conducted on 12/12/2016 at 8:57am relating to Traffic Markings for the intersection of 6132 Almeda Rd (N/SB) & 2400 S Mac Gregor Way (E/WB). This is a 4 - legged major intersection with asphalt paved streets, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. This intersection is controlled by signal lights and is located in a commercial/residential area. The 311 comment states "There is signage down with post damaged ". At the time of this investigation there is a (N.B.T.) Right Lane Must Turn Right sign& pole down south of the intersection located on the (SE) corner also the Right Turn Arrow & Only pavement markings for which this sign controlled is worn/faded both the sign and markings for this intersection need to be renewal. The requestor was e mail concerning this EAM request. Photo copy is attached to this document for reference.
Recommendation:
A request along with 1 - photo copy is attached to this document for reference will be forwarded to (COH) Traffic Operations Markings and Sign Shop to renew both the Right Lane Must Turn Right sign/pole and the Right Turn Arrow with the word ONLY located on the (SE) corner of this intersection 6100 Almeda Rd & 2400 S Mac Gregor Way for northbound traffic.
