Deskripsyon

This dumpster is never closed and is always overflowing most days of every week. Smells of rotten food, full of flies and often full of animals rummaging thru the trash for food. This is not only an eye and nose sore, but is a health hazard for neighborhood and its residents. I hope you can resolve. Thank you
