Look, dump some mulch on the area under the freeway and open it up so the homeless are off the sidewalk and people can safely drive, bike and walk by there. Then install dumpsters and recycling bins, portable toilets and handwashing stations, and maintain those. This will be cheaper in the long run than past tactics of forcing the homeless to foul one location after another, leaving successive messes to be cleaned up.

U r so right, the city doesn't get it. They'd rather waste money than fix the problem
