Lolcated in the parking lot at the end of 'E' St. (at Mission) in a white and blue FORD pick-up (circa 1982) parked in a handicap spot. The truck is filled with trash both in the cab and the bed. License number is 1R48213.

This vehicle is always in this spot, well beyond the 72 hours parking restrictions. It appears that the owner "stores" the vehicle there as I see it every time I p[@#$% by or visit the library. I'm not exaggerating when i saw the truck has been there for years.
