This week and next are normal trash/recycling weeks. Bins must be on curb by 7am of your regular scheduled pick up day. Bin lids must be closed and not overflowing. Any excess trash must be in WM/Salem approved Orange Overflow bags.
If you haven't already done so, please sign up for Code Red Alerts at Salem.com/online services. It will inform you of pertinent information including changes or other announcements regarding trash, recycling or other major issues that may affect you. You may also consider signing up for the email/texting alerts but you must select that option to do so.
Thank you for reporting to See, Click, Fix. Remember to always contact Waste Management first with any/all service related issues as it is the fastest and best way to get your problem resolved. You can reach them at 800-972-4545. If your problem is not fixed within 24 hours of reporting to them then feel free to report to See, Click, Fix or call the Salem Engineering Department (Trash/Recycling Division) at 978-619-5673.
