but it does not resolve the issue of a rooster waking me up every morning starting at 5am and every 15 minutes crowing as the sun comes up it is a noise issue now just like a barking dog all night how do i get help to stop this it is ridiculous that someone can have a rooster in a cage in a city disrupting the peace of the residents what is the purpose of having it we know roosters are used in @#$% fighting
