The problems aren't just the broken glass, it's the car break-ins/etc that plague the entire city. Too bad with no political will we will never have an adequate police dept. Measure Y started in 2004 and we still don't have 800 cops. Utter failure by city hall and issues like this are the result.
Oh and we've been paying taxes for all these cops without actually getting them.
