Deskripsyon

I have told my city councilperson about this for three years now every time we get a heavy rain tor snow fall and the snow melts there is an overflowing of the "water garden" down to and under the bench on the Lucerne Ct side this is a traffic area going to and from Bryant Elementary School I have seen numerous children fall here there is no way to walk around it the ground behind the bench is slippery or soggy
