There needs to a field trip for the PWD call center employees to introduce them to the street campers blocking numerous streets and sidewalks all over Oakland. FYI Tents, stolen shopping carts, stolen trash cans, litter, garbage, spoiled food, feces, urine pools, used syringes, used condoms, and even nastier things.
