Description

Pedestrian walk signal on south side of Park Blvd crossing E 33rd defaults to a red hand even though Park Blvd defaults to a green light. When walk button is pressed still no walk light is given. Please change this signal to default to a walk light, and only give a red hand when E 33rd has a green light.
