Description

When heading south into Burlington from Winooski, crossing the Colchester Ave. bridge, the traffic signal that indicates a right turn arrow for Colchester Ave. (at the end of the bridge across from Domino's Pizza) has a burnt out yellow arrow. When the green arrow turns off, this means there is no yellow warning, just straight to red, which is dangerous, and confusing. I'm assuming the signal is intended to have a yellow light, and it is just burnt out. If you'd like video of the signal cycle showing the aforementioned problem, please contact me and I would be happy to send an email.
