Crosswalk across Fountain at Phillip has been missing for years despite there having been pedestrian signals. The intersection is being "upgraded" and the crossing point there to Phillip looks like it will be aligned better. However, the sidewalk work/ADA ramp has not been done yet. Please finish this up asap.
