The pavement is upheaved enough that I can't drive over it, and it looks like it's taking more damage as the day goes on. The pavement that looks ok around the holes in the pictures is now squishy when I walk on it

Operations & Maintenance has investigated and has created a work order to repair the pavement as soon as is possible.
